Jack Werner

Jack Werner leads M&A at HomeX Services Group, a $300M home and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contracting business in the Northeast. At HomeX, he has led the acquisition, from proprietary sourcing to closing, of 6 companies with ~$100M in aggregate revenue. He also led the nine-figure sale of HomeX’s software division in 2022. Prior to HomeX, Jack worked at the retail and consumer private equity firm Sycamore Partners and began his career at consulting firm McKinsey and Company. Jack has an undergraduate degree from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
