Alex Osegueda

Alex is a Managing Director in BDO’s Accounting & Reporting Advisory Services practice, assisting companies with complex accounting issues, new accounting standard implementations, public and private company reporting matters, and various other technical accounting matters.

Alex has more than 11 years of public accounting experience and is proficient in U.S. GAAP. He provides financial reporting and technical accounting services for both publicly-traded and privately-held companies with a focus on the technology, life sciences, and manufacturing industries.

In the recent years, he’s assisted companies with projects related to IPO readiness and the implementation of new accounting standards. He further assists clients in addressing complex accounting and reporting issues, such as accounting for business combinations, debt modifications, and stock-based compensation.
