David Costa

David Costa is president of Windsor Industrial, where he manages several metal fabrication equipment builders and contract manufacturing concerns, one of which also provides structural steel to commercial and residential construction projects. On a more limited basis, he practices law, exclusively assisting clients with domestic and international public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate finance matters.
