Rick Hampson is a hands-on Business Leader with over 26 years of commercial banking experience in large corporate syndicated banking and middle market banking at Old National Bank, Citizens Bank, PNC Bank, Comerica Bank and Brown Brothers Harriman & Company.
Proven experience managing a commercial banking portfolio of corporate clients, guiding strategic market direction and overseeing P&L. Accomplished business development professional, skilled in asset-based lending, finance, middle market, lines of credit, and commercial lending.
Throughout my career I have developed additional experience in investment banking and managing M&A advisory efforts. I am an active community leader and current Board Member for organizations including Gleaners Community Food Bank, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Metro Detroit and Detroit Regional Chamber. M.B.A. from Columbia University Business School in Finance & International Business and B.S. from Boston College in Finance.

Larry Brinker Jr. is an award-winning entrepreneur, impact investor, and mentor. He serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Brinker, a group of family-owned and operated commercial construction service companies responsible for several billion dollars in construction projects, playing a critical role in the transformation and revitalization of Detroit. He also serves as the CEO of the Brinker Family Asset Management Company. Recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business 40 Under 40 and Detroit Business Magazine’s 30 In Their 30’s, Brinker Jr.’s success has earned him the Next Generation Entrepreneur Award from the National Business League in 2017, the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2018, and a subsequent position as a national judge for the annual award. He received the University of Michigan Alumni Merit Award in 2022.
In addition to his leadership in the construction services industry, Brinker Jr. is a mission-driven investor aspiring to impact the community through entrepreneurial development programs, philanthropy, and technology. In 2021 he co-founded Capsa Money, Inc., a banking model providing the underbanked with better access to essential financial services. He is also an early investor in the Air Company, a carbon technology company combating climate change On the philanthropic side, Brinker Jr. has established multiple scholarships, including a COVID-19 Legacy Survivor Scholarship fund.

Paul has diverse experience as an entrepreneur and venture capital investor. He was most recently Vice President of Capital Markets at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), where he managed the bulk of the State’s $2 billion 21st Century Jobs Fund, including the $150 million 21st Century Commercialization Competition, which invests directly in early-stage companies, and the $109 million 21st Century Investment Fund, which invests in venture capital and private equity firms.
Paul was also co-founder of Front Door Insights, a mobile technology company that was acquired in May 2013 by Mobivity. Paul began his career practicing law as a clerk in Federal District Court then in the Manhattan office of the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
He is a member of the Univerisity of Michigan Board of Regents, has a BA History and an MBA from the University of Michigan and received his law degree from Wayne State University.
