Gerry Giudici

Gerry is President of Barden Brook Capital. This is an advisory firm and investment partner to private equity groups, portfolio companies, and privately-held companies. Gerry is an operating partner with Covington Capital, where he is President, Board Director, and shareholder of portfolio company Onodi Tool & Engineering. Gerry also serves as a Board Director for Spartan Light Metal Products, and as an advisor to Mauser Packaging and Dromos s.r.l. of Italy. Gerry continues his work with private equity groups as an investment partner, executive advisor, industry advisor, and Board Director assisting with deal sourcing, diligence, execution, and management. Gerry has held senior leadership roles for private equity sponsored manufacturing companies, including portfolio companies of the Carlyle Group, Wynnchurch Capital, and the Questor Fund.
