Jeremy is a Managing Director, Wealth Management Advisor and Equity Plan Consultant with Merrill.

As the managing member of TSPN Wealth Management Group, his objective is to help simplify the complexities of relationships with regards to the enterprise at Bank of America/Merrill.

He started his career at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management after graduating from Texas A&M's Mays school of business. He was recruited from Merrill in February of 2008 to open the downtown Houston office for Morgan Stanley. After 8 years of service, where he was a Family Wealth Director, he was recruited to Merrill to build the team that is today called TSPN Wealth Management Group.

Matthew Wiener
Managing Director; Co-Practice Leader, M&A and Transaction Solutions

Matthew Wiener is the co-practice leader for Aon’s Transaction Solutions team. In this role, Mr. Wiener is responsible for the development and implementation of transactional-based risk solutions for M&A transactions and alternative investments.   

Prior to joining the Aon Transaction Solutions team, Matthew was an attorney at Vinson & Elkins LLP, where he specialized in M&A, corporate finance and securities law.

Debbie Habib

Debbie Habib joined LLCP in 2021 and currently serves as a Managing Director of the Investment Originations team. In this capacity, she is responsible for the origination of new investment opportunities and investment due diligence with a focus on the Northeastern U.S.

Prior to joining LLCP, Debbie was a Vice President with Lindsay Goldberg, a New York-based private equity firm, where she led the firm’s business development efforts. Debbie began her career at FGI Worldwide, a New York-based commercial finance company, where she spent a decade of her career and ultimately oversaw the firm’s business development team. Debbie received a B.A. in Journalism from New York University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University and London Business School.

Ashley Tufts
Assistant General Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions
WM

Ashley is the Assistant General Counsel of Mergers & Acquisitions at WM, supporting the company’s acquisitions, divestitures and corporate development activity. Ashley began her practice at the law firm of Vinson & Elkins LLP in Houston, Texas where she practiced mergers & acquisitions and corporate financing, supporting clients from various industries, including energy, infrastructure and industrials. Prior to joining WM, she held in-house positions at Talen Energy and Nalco Champion. Ashley graduated law school from Louisiana State University, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif.
