Brett Baucum

Brett Baucum is a co-founder and Partner of Agile Growth Equity, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market B2B companies. Prior to founding Agile Growth Equity, Brett held investment team roles with Amberjack Capital Partners (formerly Intervale Capital) and OFS Energy Fund, and also served as VP of Finance of Oil Patch Group, a portfolio company of SCF Partners. He has previously held roles with EY in the assurance and transaction advisory services practices and began his career at McColl Partners, a middle market investment bank.
