Otis Ofori

Otis Ofori is a Partner at Greenhall Capital Partners, an operationally-focused control private equity firm where he leads the firm’s investments in the Business Services and Technology & Telecom sectors. Mr. Ofori is based in Los Angeles and since co-founding Greenhall Capital, has been responsible for the firm’s investments in MBI Logistics and Smartlink. Prior to Greenhall Capital, Mr. Ofori was a corporate attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP, in their corporate group, where he executed private equity transactions across several industries in the U.S. Prior to that, Mr. Ofori was an Analyst at LECG where he was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Mr. Ofori received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia. He also holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Virginia Tax Review.
