Lowell is a Managing Director on the Mergers & Acquisitions team at BMO Capital Markets. He is focused on origination and execution of middle market M&A transactions predominantly within the Industrials sector. Prior to joining BMO, Lowell spent ~10 years at Wells Fargo Securities where he initially worked in Leveraged Finance and subsequently the Middle Market Investment Banking Group (“MMIB”). Most recently, he was the Head of the Mid-Atlantic division within MMIB. Lowell has expertise in both sellside and buyside M&A as well as Debt Capital Markets, including pro rata bank debt, institutional term loans, and high yield bonds. Lowell holds a Bachelor of Science from Fordham University and an MBA from Georgetown University. He is a CFA Charter Holder.

George is CEO of Great Lakes Industrial (GLI), a family-owned industrial solutions provider for equipment manufacturers and repair operators globally. He recently lead the acquisition of 5 new businesses in distribution, manufacturing, and software services over a 13 month period. He has worked with GLI since 2011 in a variety of roles, including finance, operations, sales, and customer service.

Megan Brobson is currently a Vice President at Borgman Capital. Since joining the firm four years ago, the team has completed 13 acquisitions as they support a portfolio of seven companies. Megan focuses on deal origination, portfolio company management, and investor relations. Previously, Megan worked on the finance teams at subsidiaries of WPP PLC and Publicis Group S.A.

Rachel Perlman serves as an Enterprise Client Leader for Aon’s Enterprise Client Group. In this role, Rachel leads Aon’s relationship with several of the firm’s most strategic clients. Prior to joining the Enterprise Client Group, Rachel served for 14 years in Aon’s People Advisory practice, where as a Partner and Senior Vice President she supported Aon’s most acquisitive clients in connection with their corporate transactions. Rachel is a transactional attorney licensed to practice law in the United States. Before joining Aon, she practiced corporate and securities law in Chicago.
