Lisa Reardon possesses a diverse skillset that relies on a strong trifecta of expertise in strategy, execution and business finance. She has held numerous board positions and has industry experience that covers multiple competitive markets including service, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, non-profit, automation, and construction. An accomplished problem solver and ESOP expert, Lisa has a track record of growth, even amidst recession and the recent pandemic.
Currently, Lisa serves as CEO of OwnersEdge, Inc., an ESOP holding company with affiliate businesses. Her responsibilities include the development of business strategies for the corporation and its affiliated companies, in consultation with company presidents, corporate executive leaders, and the OwnersEdge board of directors. She also leads acquisition growth strategy and relationships, as well as overseeing risk management, corporate budgets and ESOP sustainability strategies.
Lisa began working with OwnersEdge affiliate, CC&N, in 2005 when she was recruited to the company to reorganize and retain its most profitable account, which was on the verge of leaving. Her performance vaulted her to the role of president in November of 2008, CEO in January of 2011, and chairman in January of 2013.
In 2015, Lisa established the holding company OwnersEdge, Inc. and began adding affiliate businesses.
Since its founding, OwnersEdge has grown more than 350% to $100 million in revenue with five affiliate companies and 300-plus employees.
In addition to her executive career, Lisa is currently an active member of the board of directors for public, private, non-profit and ESOP structured organizations. She is Chair of OwnersEdge.
Lisa has spoken on various governance, financial, and business strategy topics at national ESOP conferences, M&A Forums and Vistage.
Lisa is a graduate of Marquette University, where she obtained her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She has attended numerous executive post-graduate continuing education programs at both Marquette and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
