John Kramp

John Kramp is a Senior Vice President within Aon’s Transaction Solutions practice. He is responsible for advising clients in connection with representations and warranties insurance, tax insurance, and other types of transaction liability products. John practiced law for seven years after graduating from the University of Minnesota Law School. Most recently he was a corporate associate at Katten, where he specialized in health care mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other transactions.
