Bill Chapman, partner with Baker Tilly and a managing director of Baker Tilly Capital, LLC, has been with the firm since 2007. Bill has led numerous due diligence engagements focused on quality of earnings, quality of assets, operating leverage, break-even analysis, backlog, revenue recognition, revenue volatility, revenue concentrations, analysis of financial forecasts, tax compliance and structure, information technology, and operational issues. He also led numerous valuation engagements for purposes ranging from estate and gift planning, merger and acquisitions, S corporation conversions, reorganizations, and financial reporting requirements including ASC 805 and ASC 350.

Additionally, he provides private investment banking services including leading merger and acquisition engagements, private placements of debt and equity, and general corporate finance consulting. Bill has provided investment banking services to clients operating in a broad range of industries including, but not limited to, software development, logistics, metal fabrication, communication equipment manufacturing, rubber and plastic fabrication and lighting.

At Norwest Equity Partners, Danny is responsible for leading new investment processes, portfolio governance, and value creation activities within deal teams. Previously, Danny worked at Svoboda Capital Partners as a senior associate and Robert Baird as an investment banking analyst.

Adam Letson
Principal
TT Capital Partners

Adam is a Principal at TT Capital Partners. He serves as a leader on TTCP’s investment team and is focused on sourcing and leading investments in high-growth healthcare services and healthcare information technology companies. Adam joined TTCP in 2013 as an associate. After spending three years in that role, TTCP supported Adam’s pursuit of an M.B.A. and he subsequently re-joined the firm in 2017.

He currently serves as a board director for TTCP portfolio companies Pyx Health, Propio, and MedZed and was previously on the board of Revel Health, NextHealth Technologies, and Navigating Cancer.

Adam has over a decade of healthcare investing and transaction experience and is passionate about partnering with management teams of innovative healthcare companies. He began his career in healthcare investment banking at Piper Sandler (then Piper Jaffray), and later worked in equity research covering financial and business services companies.

Adam holds a B.S.B. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota with a major in Finance and an M.B.A. with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Terri Shepherd

Terri Shepherd founded a Background Investigations Firm in 2007 which has since merged and rebranded to what is now known as CaptureINTEL. We conduct comprehensive searches for buy-side acquisitions.

Terri founded her first company in 1984 and has been an entrepreneur ever since. She loves to build systems, processes, and companies. Terri’s experience of over 28 years in the credit and collections industry provided her the knowledge and vision to start Capture Research as a subsidiary in 2007. After two acquisitions and selling two companies herself, Terri focused her business on the mergers and acquisitions industry. After merging Capture Research with Heartland Investigations to become CaptureINTEL, Terri currently leads the Investigations division. Her focus is to work with clients that can benefit from the skills and experience of CaptureINTEL. Providing the highest quality investigation with tenacity and integrity is her top priority.
