Brian Marynowitz, CPA, is a Shareholder in the LBMC Transaction Advisory Services practice. He specializes in providing financial due diligence services for both strategic and financial buyers across a broad range of industries.
Brian has advised on the buy-side and sell-side of transactions ranging in value from several million dollars to over $4 billion dollars, including public company and cross-border transactions. Brian’s experience includes transactions within the healthcare, consumer and industrial products, transportation and logistics, technology, food and beverage, aerospace and defense, and sports and entertainment industries.
Brian’s vast range of transaction experience allows him to quickly adapt to client needs and identify key deal issues across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining LBMC, Brian was a Transaction Services Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he began his career. Brian spent a total of eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, six of which were fully dedicated to Transaction Services.

Tyson rejoined Waller in 2017 after serving as Chief Development Officer at Contessa Health where he led successful development efforts for joint ventures with health systems and health plans to participate in bundled payment programs for home hospitalization and other patient-centered care models.

Chris Lin is a Managing Director at LFM Capital. LFM Capital invests in niche manufacturing and industrial services companies with $3-15 million in EBITDA. At LFM, Chris evaluates and executes transactions and supports portfolio company value creation. Prior to LFM, Chris was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company. Chris earned his MBA and MS from MIT, and a BS from Stanford.

RLG is a custom pressure sensitive label, shrink sleeve and RFID/NFC manufacturer for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical device, nutraceutical, cannabis and consumer products industries, employing over 1600 people in North America. Previously, he was a partner with Waller in Nashville, where he specialized in mergers & acquisitions, debt/equity financings and cross border transactions, working with clients in the private equity, life sciences and tech manufacturing industries.
