David Thorpe

David Thorpe is the CEO of Upperline Health which he co-founded in 2016. Prior to Upperline, David was one of the first employees of Aspire Health helping open and run markets throughout the country. Before that he worked in the administration of Governor Bill Haslam guiding operational efficiency and cost cutting initiatives. He is a graduate of Princeton University.
