Greg Bickett

Greg joined Footprint Capital as managing director in 2023 and is responsible for leading both sell-side and buy-side engagements with lower middle-market business owners. He brings over 30 years of corporate development and financial management experience primarily focused on the M&A process of strategy development, financial analysis, due diligence, negotiation, and integration/separation. He has worked with both public and private companies in the automotive, retail services, chemicals and industrial manufacturing, and distribution industries.
