Nathan Wells

Nathan Wells co-founded Path Company in 2017, as well as Fondren Construction and Trace Services in 2023. He also established Rooted Investments, a holding company providing management services to these ventures. Before starting and operating businesses Nathan served eight years as chief of staff to Mississippi's speaker of the house. Nathan serves on multiple commissions and boards in his hometown of Jackson, MS where he and his wife Amanda live with their three children.
