  • The company, a subsidiary of Citizens Parking Holding, was acquired by Arkview Capital, The Cambria Group, and Mr. John Smith through an LBO on April 4, 2023 for an undisclosed amount.
  • The new owners hope to deploy largest EV charging infrastructure in NYC, expand the company nationally and evolve its breadth of services to a fully integrated facilities service provider.

  • EverDriven Technologies, an alternative student transportation platform, was acquired by Charlesbank Capital Partners, a middle-market private investment firm with offices in Boston and New York.
  • The Company had been owned by affiliates of Palladium Equity Partners, LLC
  • Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

An officially licensed channel partner of the NFL Ticket Network, features a transparent pricing model with zero ($0) transaction fees.

  • In the process of raising a follow-on of up to $20 million of Series A2 venture funding on May 1, 2024.
  • Previously, the company raised $15 million of Series A1 venture funding from investors including Drew Brees, Ava Labs, and Annaganuke Family Office on February 1, 2024, putting the company's post-money valuation at $30 million.

  • Completed a cumulative $225 million in debt financing, including a recently closed $75 million debt facility with Sound Point Capital and $150 million debt facility with i80 Group.
  • The new financing will enable Teamshares to expand from 90 to 150+ businesses, while continuing to build financial and employee ownership products to support its growing network of employee-owned companies and the people who power them.

A private equity investment firm based in New York, New York. The firm prefers to invest in growth-stage companies through buyouts.             

Acquired Australia's Energy Exemplar, a provider of energy market software, from private equity firm Riverside Company in a deal that sources noted was worth more than $1 billion.
