As Bank of America’s New York City President, José is responsible for delivering the unified capabilities of the Bank of America Corporation enterprise across its eight lines of business, to local clients. In addition to his role as New York City President, José also serves as vice chair, Private Bank where he leads strategic client partnerships across the Wealth Management, Global Markets and Investment Banking Businesses.
Over his career, Jose has held senior management positions within Bank of America’s Global Markets Business, and Bank of America Private Bank. José serves as the National Co-Executive Sponsor of Bank of America’s Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership and also served on the Bank of America Global Diversity and Inclusion Council.
José serves on the Board of Directors for the Partnership for New York City, the Board of the NY CEO Jobs Council, the Board of Trustees of the Spence School, the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Aid Society, and the Board of Trustees of the New York City Police Foundation. He is also a member of the University of Pennsylvania Athletics and James Brister Society Partnership Board of Advisors.
José earned an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He and his wife, Dr. Holly Phillips, reside in New York City with their daughters, Olivia and Pascale.

Shawn M. Hoyer is Head of Venture Capital Coverage for Bank of America’s global investment bank where he leads and deepens connectivity with the world’s most influential growth investors. Mr. Hoyer also plays an active role in both public and private capital raising efforts for clients. With over 25 years in banking, 18 with BofA, Mr. Hoyer has worked in multiple capacities across several business lines, leveraging connectivity, deep perspective on the scope of the enterprise and the technology ecosystem.
Shawn holds a B.A. in History from The George Washington University and MBA with a focus in international business strategy from The University of North Carolina (Kenan-Flagler), which involved immersion and course work with premier universities around the world including; Tecnologico de Monterrey (EGADE), Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV), RSM Erasmus University (RSM), and The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).
Shawn was captain of George Washington’s Div. 1 Men’s Rowing team and continues to compete regularly. Shawn resides in NYC, but a regular visitor to the Bay Area.

Frank Reig is Co-Founder & CEO of Revel, the Brooklyn-based electric mobility and infrastructure company with a mission to accelerate EV adoption in America's densest cities. Since founding the company alongside COO Paul Suhey in 2018, Frank has grown Revel from shared electric mopeds to launching New York's first all-electric rideshare platform and operating the city's largest public fast charging network.
A native New Yorker, Frank is a graduate of Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
Prior to founding Revel, Frank held various roles in public transportation and in the energy and renewables sector.

Shaun Stewart is a seasoned executive from the travel and technology space. He is currently the President of ChargeLab, North America's leading software platform for managing electric vehicle chargers. Prior to Chargelab, Stewart held leadership roles as the CEO of Newlab, Chief Business Development Officer at Waymo/Google X and leading the vacation rental offer at Airbnb.
