Adam regularly represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and preferred equity investments. Adam is also active in the private investment fund area, representing both financial sponsors and institutions in secondary transactions, and co-investments. Adam also advises early- and growth-stage companies and investors in venture and growth capital financings and serves as outside general counsel to emerging growth and established operating companies.
In addition, Adam represents theater owners as well as filmmakers, publishers, writers and illustrators in intellectual property matters.

Michael is a Partner leading Aprio Private Equity and Transaction Advisory Services for Aprio, LLP. Michael has over 25 years of audit and merger, acquisition, divestiture due diligence and structuring experience. Prior to joining Aprio, Michael was a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers Transaction Services group from September 2002 through January 2004 and Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services group from January 2004 through October 2009.
Michael has assisted both financial and strategic clients in domestic and international merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions. In his capacity as Partner managing Transaction Services, Michael’s primary responsibilities include assisting clients with developing structures, performing buy-side and sell-side due diligence, closing assistance and post-transaction integration assistance.
Michael has served a wide range of clients whose primary focus is the manufacturing, technology, distribution, and consumer business industries. Michael has worked on transactions varying in size from $2 million to approximately $10 billion.
With significant experience serving domestic and multinational companies, and his leadership position in our organization, Michael ensures that the right resources are brought to bear on every project, in any business line and in any country.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Concentration in Accounting from the University of Alabama.

Harrison Davis joined TZP Group in April 2015. Prior to TZP, he was an Assistant Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman Capital Partners, a growth equity and mezzanine debt fund affiliated with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. focused on investments in the lower middle market. At BBH, Harrison sourced, evaluated and executed investments as well as supported portfolio companies across a number of industries including business services, telecommunications, and transportation. Harrison began his career in management consulting, primarily with Deloitte Consulting, where he specialized in designing and implementing strategies for private equity backed companies. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of FreshAddress TopCo, LLC, Soccer Post Holdings LLC, and Logix ITS Group Holdings, L.P..
Harrison received his B.A. with Honors in History and Economics from Vanderbilt University in 2005 and his M.B.A. with Honors from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2011.
