Leo Helmers

Leo focuses on sourcing prospective investments as well as ongoing portfolio company matters. Before co-founding Susquehanna Private Capital, Leo founded LMZ Partners. Prior to LMZ Partners, Leo was a Senior Advisor, Fund Head and Managing Director at The Carlyle Group and a Managing Director at Hamilton Lane Advisors. Leo graduated with an M.B.A. from Temple University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Lafayette College. He is a CFA Charter holder and serves on the Board of Trustees at both the Shipley School and Lafayette College.
