Dan Wagner currently leads Corporate Development for Magnolia River (MR), a P/E backed professional and field services company, serving gas and electric utilities throughout the US. Prior to his current position, Dan was the CEO of Storti Quality, a Philadelphia based utility services company, started in 2013 and sold to MR in August of 2021. Throughout Dan’s career he has focused on developing start-up and early-stage companies including executive search, staffing, field, professional, and consulting services.
