John O'Hare

John O'Hare is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Mereo Capital, a private equity firm which makes operationally-focused investments in lower middle market companies. Mereo invests in family/founder-owned companies and corporate carve-outs in the business services, defense/government, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Prior to Mereo, John was a senior professional at Tortola Advisors, where he provided operational turnaround services to middle-market companies, and was Co-Portfolio Manager of Saybrook Corporate Opportunity Funds, a special situations investment firm.
