Jayne Millard

Jayne is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Turtle & Hughes, a fourth-generation, family-owned business. Co-founded by her great-grandfather in 1923, Turtle & Hughes is one of the largest independent electrical and industrial distributors in the nation. It has a long history of management by women—beginning with Ms. Millard’s great-grandmother—and the company has been one of the top 50 women-owned businesses of any kind nationwide for more than a decade.
