Vicki Sack

Vicki Sack is co-founder of Juno Search Partners. She brings over 20 years of staffing and recruiting industry accomplishment. Her success is the result of her focus on strong client service and her ability to develop effective relationships with clients and candidates. She strives to truly recognize and gain an understanding of clients specific hiring needs, candidate strengths and career objectives, in order to bring clients talent that fits. Vicki has worked on hundreds of searches at a wide variety of levels with top companies in the Philadelphia region.

Prior to the recruiting industry, Vicki began her career in Washington, D.C. working on Capitol Hill, first with the Government Printing Office, then with a private political consulting firm. Her experience included training, sales, marketing and project management. Vicki holds her B.A. in Political Science from Hood College in Frederick, MD.

Vicki serves as a Board Member for PSPS, where she co-chairs the Leadership Forum Committee, She is also an active member of Philadelphia SHRM, where Juno regularly sponsors the Annual Symposium and the HR Person of the Year Awards. Additionally, she is actively involved with the The Women's Resource Center, where she volunteers for various career and interview workshops as well as serves on the Annual Leadership Luncheon Committee. Vicki also participates in other HR organization events such as GVFHRA, Delaware County SHRM, as well as several local Chambers of Commerce.
