Howe Company with his business partner Jim Rudolph and is its CEO. Jim and Len also recently launched Smashed Waffles in the Pittsburgh area. Len is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business.

RDX’s most recent recapitalization was led by Madison Dearborn Capital Partners. Buddy is a founder of 21Ventures, a $300M venture capital fund. He lives in the North Hills with his wife and three children.
