Mike Brown

Mike Brown is a Managing Director in the F.N.B. Capital Markets group, leading the Syndications practice for the Commercial & Industrial segment. Mike has over 15 years of capital markets experience focused on the middle market, sponsor finance, asset-based lending and healthcare syndicated finance. Previously, Mike co-founded the Syndicated Finance group at Huntington National Bank. Mike's varied experience also includes public accounting and he served as the CFO of a private equity-owned manufacturing business. Mike has a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University and MBA from The Ohio State University and holds a CPA along with Series 63 and 79 licenses.
