Kaylee Miner

Kaylee Miner is the former Chief Financial Officer of Donegal Construction Corp and related companies, an asphalt milling company based in Western Pennsylvania with operations across the Eastern Seaboard. Kaylee joined the company in 2020 and was an integral part of the company’s sale to SurfaceCycle in 2023 - from preparing the business for sale to helping with the transition and integration of the business into the larger SurfaceCycle group.
