Jeff has focused his career on providing accounting, auditing and consulting services to privately held companies and not-for-profit organizations. His experience includes furnishing compliance services such as audits; providing due diligence and investigation services related to business acquisitions; performing fraud investigations; developing and compiling projected and forecasted financial statements; and evaluating, selecting and implementing information systems for companies.

Joe Eddy retired in 2019 as President/CEO of Eagle Manufacturing Company and EVP of Justrite Safety Group, after successfully integrating the operations of these two global manufacturers after the sale of Eagle to Justrite in March 2018. Today, he maintains an ownership interest in the Justrite Safety Group platform of companies, and manages his business consulting firm, Enhanced Technologies, his energy development group, Pinnacle Holdings, and his real estate trust, Heritage Holdings. He has served on numerous corporate, industry, and non-profit boards and was recently inducted into the West Virginia Business Hall of Fame.

Matthew Harnett is a founding Partner of Tecum Capital, a private investment firm that has invested over $1.0 billion in over 100 platform and add-on acquisitions since 2006. Matt serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. In this position, he leads all aspects of transaction origination, analysis, structuring, underwriting, deal execution, and monitoring of subject private equity and mezzanine debt investments.

Al Melchiorre is President and founder of MelCap Partners, a middle market investment banking firm that he founded over 22 years ago, Over the past few years, MelCap has been recognized as boutique investment banking firm of the year multiple times by The M&A Advisor. MelCap's clients are predominately privately-held, family owned businesses going through a once in a life-time transaction.

Peter J. Muth joined Stonewood in 2007 and has experience in a full range of investment opportunities, including traditional LBOs and early stage ventures. Pete serves as a board director for several Stonewood portfolio companies. Prior to joining Stonewood, Pete was a principal of private equity group Birchmere Capital Limited Partnership.
