Kevin has over 18 years of experience in finance across the energy sector. After beginning his career in public accounting, Kevin transitioned to a boutique investment bank where he advised sell-side M&A and project finance processes for landfill gas and other renewable energy platforms. He later held various corporate finance roles in ExxonMobil’s upstream project development division and most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of ShalePro Energy Services. Kevin graduated from Longwood University, received his Master’s in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University, and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Daniel Posnick brings 20 years of insurance experience to his role managing IMA’s Transactional Liability practice, where his areas of focus include Representations & Warranties insurance, Tax Liability insurance and Loss Mitigation insurance.
Prior to joining IMA Dan spent 10+ years underwriting & managing Public D&O insurance products for Private Equity Firms & Asset Managers, in addition to managing Zurich North America’s Transactional Liability portfolio. Bolstered by his legal and claims background, Dan brings a balanced perspective and understanding to meet the needs of IMA’s clients.
