Jeff Singleton

Jeff Singleton is the Vice President of Corporate Development at Wabtec and is responsible for leading global M&A for the corporation. Jeff's transaction experience includes over $7B of buy-side and sell-side M&A, debt and equity capital markets transactions with responsibilities ranging from deal origination and execution to negotiations and closing. Previously, Jeff was leading M&A at U. S. Steel after about 10 years in investment banking.
