Tricia Warrick

Tricia leads a Vistage Chief Executive Peer Board, working closely with 16 CEOs and Presidents of mid-market companies to develop stronger leadership effectiveness and strategic focus, and make better decisions. Tricia has a deep background as a C-level executive and corporate banker, having served as EVP/SVP of the Business Banking Group and the Pittsburgh Region of Mid-Market Banking for Mellon Bank, and as COO of MARC USA.

She started and led investment banking and strategic advisory practices for Deloitte, Schneider Downs Corporate Finance and Dewhirst Warrick LLC. Tricia has worked with the shareholders and leaders of more than 800 private companies. She is co-founder of BEAM, a not for profit dedicated to helping minority owned businesses to scale.

Tricia has a rich family history of successful Pittsburgh-based entrepreneurial companies, including Chelsea Building Products (founded by her father) and The AG Mauro Company (founded by her grandfather).
