Donald Roberts

Donald has a progressive financial management background that spans over 40 years. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer of HBM Holdings Company. Don helped create HBM’s acquisition and talent development strategy when the firm was founded in 2012 and has been involved with numerous acquisitions of privately-held companies. Previously, he was CFO of Mississippi Lime Company, IMC Agribusiness, Inc., and Big River Minerals Corporation. Don is a CPA and worked for eight years in the audit practice of Ernst & Young. Areas of expertise include financial leadership, mergers and acquisition, risk management and strategic and financial planning.
