Tim Brady

As a member of the Corporate Advisory Center, Tim drives the continued development and coordinated delivery of PNC’s numerous advisory capabilities. In this role he supports PNC’s Corporate Banking and Wealth Management teams across the country in delivering insights, analysis and tailored advice to our privately held businesses and their owners. These capabilities and insights are structured to support our customers in aligning their corporate, personal, and family goals. The PNC team is focused on helping our customers drive shareholder value, as well as prepare for various exit & liquidity events.

Previously, Tim worked at Copper Run Capital, an investment bank offering mergers and acquisition advisory services. In addition to traditional sell-side, Tim provided comprehensive buy-side advisory services -helping his clients identify and execute a corporate growth strategy through acquisitions. Tim assisted publicly-traded, privately-held, and private equity firms with a focus on software, IT services, business services, and distribution sectors. Prior to Copper Run, Tim served as a Vice President on the JPMorgan Corporate Banking Technology Group in San Francisco and Los Angeles. As a member of JPM’s tech practice, Tim assisted technology companies with financing, private placements, IPOs, international expansion, and automating payments and receivables. Previous to the tech team, Tim was a member of JPM’s middle market and large corporate practice in Ohio serving companies across a variety of industries.
