Kyle Chapman

As Barry-Wehmiller’s President, Kyle Chapman joins his father, Chairman and CEO Bob Chapman, in leading the $3.3B diversified global supplier of highly engineered capital equipment and consulting and professional services. He also sits on its Board of Directors.

Chapman has 20-plus years of private equity and operating experience, including at Bank of America, where he completed $300 million in transactions across various industries. His strategic finance and M&A expertise help inform his disciplined approach to fostering a vibrant organization.

Chapman joined Barry-Wehmiller in 2009 when he co-founded BW Forsyth Partners, its $600 million-plus investment arm that blends a legacy of value creation and people-centric culture development with the best private-equity strategies. He was also financial advisor and Interim Chief Financial Officer before becoming President in 2020.

Chapman has a Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce at UVA. He is active on the boards of Fund KIPP St. Louis and Commerce Bancshares.
