As a recognized advocate for women in the legal industry, Jane served as Chair for Polsinelli’s Women’s Empowerment Committee from 2015 through 2023.

She is a business and technology executive who specializes in taking companies to the next level in growth and profitability. Laura is well known for her success in implementing rapid change. With more than 20 years of strategic experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge in developing complex business strategies, market differentiation and positioning tactics, and automated operational structures.
Prior to her tenure as CEO, Laura served as Chief Strategy Officer for Intellivo, charged with the mission of growing the company client roster of Fortune 500 clients by tenfold. She has held various other positions within the health care and technology sectors including SaaS and technology consulting.
A native Texan, Laura has a degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, and spent most of her career based out of Dallas. Laura, her husband, and two children relocated to Memphis, Tenn., in 2016 to fully support the Intellivo strategy and team.

John Kane is CEO of Vetio Animal Health, a contract development and manufacturing organization that he built along with Thompson Street Capital Partners and sold to Swedencare AB in 2021. He is also on the Board of Directors of Sabai Global, a regulatory consulting firm specializing in biosafety and human research protection. John has prior experience in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industries.

Dave was had roles at Sigma Aldrich (SIAL) including President and CSO.
