Paul’s practice is particularly focused on the financial services sector, advising banks, bank holding companies, credit unions, and mortgage companies. He also works with clients in private equity, venture capital, technology, manufacturing, and real estate.

Trevor has 20 years of experience in banking and private investments. At LongWater, Trevor is responsible for originating, evaluating, and structuring direct lending and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments and is a member of the investment committee. Prior to LongWater, Trevor spent almost seven years in a similar role at RGA on the Private Debt & Equity team where he was a Managing Director and a member of the Investment Committee.

Gary Weller is currently serving as Chief Development Officer of Oral Surgery Partners (OSP). Gary joined OSP in May 2019 following the investment by Sheridan Capital Partners and until May 2022 served as the Chief Financial Officer where he oversaw all financial, acquisition, legal, human resources, IT, and revenue cycle management. Since joining the company has grown from onc practice and six doctors to over 120 doctors, 45 practices and over 80 offices nationwide. Gary has an extensive background working with Private Equity backed businesses including serving in executive positions with Ansira, Outsourcing Solutions, Harbour Group and Greenfield Industries. He began his career at Price Waterhouse.
