Daniel White

Daniel is a principal in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services group where he helps clients design and implement tax-efficient methods of achieving their strategic business objectives. He has over 20 years of experience advising private equity funds and multinational corporations on complex business transactions, including cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, global restructurings, spin-offs, and joint ventures. Dan is co-author of the Wolters Kluwer CCH expert treatise Federal Taxation of Corporations and Shareholders, is a frequent speaker at the American Bar Association and Tax Executives Institute, and has co-authored articles in Practicing Law Institute’s course books.
