Jane Arnold

Jane Arnold serves as Co-Chair of Polsinelli’s Business Department. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions representing private equity sponsors, strategic purchasers and sellers extends across diverse industries with a primary focus on health care industry transactions. As a recognized advocate for women in the legal industry, Jane served as Chair for Polsinelli’s Women’s Empowerment Committee from 2015 through 2023.
