Terry Moody

Terry A. Moody is a highly experienced leader at the C-suite level, with a proven track record in international business, strategy, business development, and P&L management for companies valued between $250 million and $25 billion. He is currently the CEO and board member of Altor Solutions in St. Louis, Missouri, which operates 16 manufacturing and distribution sites across the U.S. and Mexico.

Before joining Altor Solutions, Terry was the President and CEO of Alpha Packaging, where he led the successful sale of the company to Clear Lake Capital and Pretium in October 2021. His career includes significant roles such as serving on the Board of Directors at Fives, Inc. from February 2018 to December 2020, and as CEO of Metal Cutting/Composites at Fives, where he managed global aerospace and heavy industrial operations.

Terry's earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Business Integration at Colfax/ESAB and COO at Victor Technologies, where he played a key role in increasing the company's value by over $500 million. He has also held senior positions at Videocon Industries and Technicolor, and began his career at N.V. Philips, advancing from engineer to senior program manager.

His expertise spans diverse regions including the U.S., Mexico, Australia, Malaysia, China, India, Europe, and Eastern Europe, supported by extensive international assignments. Terry holds a BS in Manufacturing Technology and advanced certifications in Six Sigma and Value Creation.
